Lesley's goal is to continue to provide a positive experience for all patients throughout their recovery here at Ashwood.
If you call our office and are not greeted by Lesley's upbeat voice on the phone; its safe to say she is spending her day out at Disney's California Adventure or cheering on her favorite local baseball team: the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
Office Manager/ Billing
Kellie began her health care career in 2003 when she started at Ashwood Physical Therapy working as a physical therapy aide. In this position, she demonstrated great leadership and was well liked by all patients she came in contact with. After 5 years of work as an aide, Kellie was promoted up to the front office where she became "the voice" of Ashwood working as the company's receptionist in 2008. In this position, Kellie soon learned the clerical and health insurance aspects of the office and was well received by all patients secondary to her upbeat and friendly personality. Kellie soon transitioned to medical billing and in this position has been a great asset to the company. She has acquired a vast understanding and knowledge of the medical practice including: medical claims, processing, appeals, collections, accounting and reporting. Kellie was later given the opportunity to become Ashwood's Office Manager, which she happily accepted, where she continues to provide her expertise to all the staff here in the office regarding the frequent and constant changes within our medical practice.
Outside her office duties, Kellie enjoys taking on many adventures with her husband and son: camping at one of Ventura Counties lovely beaches or taking a quick day trip up to California's favorite themed park Disneyland!
